Newcastle Disease and Avian Influenza Virus (H9 Subtype) Vaccine, Inactivated (Strain La Sota + Strain HP)

Newcastle Disease and Avian Influenza (H9 Subtype) Vaccine, Inactivated (Strain La Sota + Strain HP) is designed to prevent Newcastle disease and H9N2 subtype avian influenza in chickens, offering a milky white emulsion for subcutaneous or intramuscular injection in the neck. Dosages are tailored by age: 0.2 ml per dose for chicks below 2 weeks, 0.3 ml per dose for chicks aged 2–4 weeks, and 0.5 ml per dose for young chickens over 4 weeks and adult chickens. Immunity duration varies by age (2 months for chicks below 4 weeks, 3 months for young chickens over 4 weeks, 4 months for adult chickens) and it is valid for 18 months when stored at 2–8°C (not to be frozen).

Ingredients and content:

Containing inactivated Newcastle disease strain La sota and Avian influenza virus strain HP, The titer of Newcastle disease virus before inactivation is no less than 108EID50/0.1ml and Avian influenza virus before inactivation is no less than 107EID50/0.1ml.

Appearance:Milky white emulsion.

Effect and purpose: It is used to prevent Newcastle disease and Avian influenza H9N2 subtype, with an immunity of 2 months for chicks aged below 4 weeks and immunity of 3 months for young chickens aged above 4 weeks and immunity of 4 months for adult chickens.

Application and dosage:

Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection in the neck ,0.2ml per dose for chicks aged below 2 weeks,0.3ml per dose for chicks aged 2~4 weeks and 0.5ml for young chickens aged above 4 weeks and adult chickens.

Adverse reactions:No obvious adverse reactions.

Precautions:

  • Only used for healthy chickens.It should not be used to skinny chickens or the chickens suffer from other diseases.
  • The vaccine should be carefully checkedbefore use.The vaccine can not be used if there are other foreign matters in the vaccine or the vaccine is demulsified or deteriorated.
  • The vaccine should be returned to room temperature and shaken well before use.
  • The vaccine should be used up within the decapping day.
  • The vaccine should not be frozen.
  • Injection needles and other utensils must be disinfected before useand the injection site should be disinfected with 5% iodine.
