Newcastle Disease, Infectious Bronchitis, Egg Drop Syndrome and Avian Influenza (H9 Subtype) Vaccine, Inactivated (Strain La Sota + Strain M41 + Strain HS25 + Strain HZ) is designed to prevent Newcastle disease, infectious bronchitis, egg drop syndrome and H9 subtype avian influenza in chickens, presenting as a milky white emulsion for subcutaneous injection at the back of the neck. The dosage is 0.5 ml per chicken, with immunization for laying hens and breeding hens to be carried out 2-3 weeks before laying, and a 4-month immunity period.

Main Components and Contents:

Each dose of vaccine contains at least 4×108.0 EID50 of inactivated Newcastle disease virus strain La Sota; at least 4×106.0 EID50 of infectious bronchitis virus strain M41; at least 4×107.0 EID50 of egg drop syndrome virus strain HS25; and at least 4×107.0 EID50 of the H9 subtype avian influenza virus strain HZ.

 

Properties: Milky white emulsion.

Function and Use: For the prevention of Newcastle disease, infectious bronchitis, egg drop syndrome, and H9 subtype avian influenza in chickens. The immunity period is 4 months.

Usage and Dosage

Subcutaneous injection at the back of the neck. For laying hens and breeding hens, immunization should be carried out 2 to 3 weeks before laying, 0.5 ml per chicken. 

Adverse Reactions: There are generally no visible adverse reactions.

Precautions:

(1) Only use for vaccination of healthy chickens.

(2) Before use, the vaccine temperature should be raised to room temperature and the vaccine should be shaken well.

(3) Use within 24 hours after opening.

(4) Do not freeze.

(5) Do not use if foreign matter or separation is observed in the vaccine.

(6) Dispose of used vaccine vials, equipment, and unused vaccine through proper disposal methods.
