Chicken Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis Vaccine, Live (Strain La Sota + Strain H52) is designed to prevent Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis in chickens, presenting as spongy, loose clumps that easily detach from the vial wall and dissolve rapidly when diluted for intranasal or drinking water vaccination. Dosages are specified by administration route: 1 drop (0.03 mL) per bird for intranasal vaccination, and double the dosage for drinking water vaccination (water intake: 10-20 mL for 20-30 day-old chicks, 20-30 mL for adult chickens), suitable for chickens over 21 days of age. Valid for 24 months when stored at 2-8°C.

Main Components and Content:This product contains Newcastle disease virus strain La Sota (CVCC AV1615) and infectious bronchitis virus strain H52 (CVCC AV1513). The Newcastle disease virus content is not less than 106.0EID50 per dose, and the infectious bronchitis virus content is not less than 103.5EID50 per dose.

Function and Use:For the prevention of Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis in chickens.
Usage and Dosage:Intranasal or drinking water vaccination. Suitable for chickens over 21 days of age. Dilute the vaccine with physiological saline, injectable water, or clean, cool boiled water according to the dosage indicated on the vial label.
Intranasal vaccination: 1 drop (0.03 mL) per bird.
Drinking water vaccination: Double the dosage. Water intake depends on age: generally 10-20 mL for 20-30 day-old chicks, 20-30 mL for adult chickens.
Precautions:
(1) After dilution, store in a cool, dark place and use within 4 hours.
(2) Avoid using metal containers for drinking water inoculation; suspend water supply for at least 2–4 hours prior to inoculation.
(3) Dispose of used vaccine vials, equipment, and unused vaccine through proper sterilization procedures.
