Dosages are tailored by administration route and age: 1 drop (0.03ml) per chicken via nasal drops (suitable for chickens ≥7 days old); double the dose via drinking water (5-10ml for 5-10 day-old chickens, 10-20ml for 20-30 day-old chickens, 20-30ml for adult chickens) after dilution with specified liquids.

Generic Name: Combined Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis Vaccine, Live (Strain La Sota + Strain H120)
Main Components and Contents:
This product contains Newcastle disease virus strain La Sota (CVCC AV1615) and infectious bronchitis virus strain H120 (CVCC AV1514). Each dose contains not less than 106.0EID50 for Newcastle disease virus and not less than 103.5EID50 for infectious bronchitis virus.
Properties: Sponge-like, loose clump, easily detached from the vial wall, dissolves rapidly upon addition of diluent.
Function and Use: For the prevention of Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis in chickens.
Usage and Dosage:
Inoculated via nasal drops or drinking water.
(1) Suitable for chickens aged 7 days or older.
(2) Dilute the vaccine with physiological saline, water for injection, or well-drained cooled boiled water according to the dosage indicated on the label.
Nose drops: 1 drop (0.03ml) per chicken.
Drinking water: Double the dose. The amount of water depends on the age of the chicken: generally 5-10ml for 5-10 days old chickens; 10-20ml for 20-30 days old chickens; 20-30ml for adult chickens.
Precautions:
- After dilution, store in a cool, dark place and use within 4 hours.
- When administering via drinking water, avoid using metal containers. Withhold water for at least 2-4 hours before administration.
- Used vaccine bottles, equipment, and unused vaccine should be disposed of harmlessly.
