Duck Viral Hepatitis Attenuated Vaccine, Live(Strain CH60)

Duck Viral Hepatitis Attenuated Vaccine, Live (Strain CH60) is used to prevent duck viral hepatitis caused by serotype I duck hepatitis virus. Each dose contains attenuated CH60 strain virus no less than 10 ELD. The vaccine appears as pale red, spongy loose clumps, easily detaching from the vial wall and dissolving rapidly after dilution. It applies to healthy ducklings under one week old and adult breeding ducks. Ducklings gain partial immunity in 3–5 days and full immunity in 7 days, with immune duration over one month; 1-day-old vaccination is optimal for ducklings with maternal antibodies. Breeding ducks vaccinated one week before laying obtain 6-month immunity and deliver stable passive protection to offspring starting from 14 days post vaccination. Dilute with normal saline as labeled. Administer 0.25 mL per 1–7-day-old duckling and 1 mL per 22–24-week-old breeding duck via leg intramuscular injection. No obvious adverse reactions occur after vaccination. Check vial vacuum and vaccine status before use, and only vaccinate healthy ducks. Disinfect injection tools and sites with 5% iodine in advance. Reconstituted vaccine must be stored cool and dark and used within 4 hours. Specifications: 1000 doses/vial, 2000 doses/vial; Packaging: 10 vials/box. Store at 2–8℃ with a validity period of 24 months.
