Canine Distemper and Parvovirus Live Vaccine (Strain BJ/120 + Strain FJ/58) is designed to prevent canine distemper and canine parvovirus disease, presenting as light white-yellow spongy loose pellets that tend to separate from the vial wall, dissolve rapidly after reconstitution, and form a red clear solution, for intramuscular injection. The dosage is 2.0 ml per dose after dilution with physiological saline: for weaned pups, three consecutive inoculations at 21-day intervals (2.0 ml each); for adult dogs, two annual inoculations at 21-day intervals (2.0 ml each), with a 12-month immunity period.

Main Composition and Content:
Attenuated canine distemper virus (Strain BJ/120) at least 104.0TCID50/dose.
Attenuated canine parvovirus (Strain FJ/58) at least 104.0TCID50/dose.
Appearance:
Light white yellow spongy loose pellet, tending to be separated from the vial wall, dissolve rapidly after reconstitution, and form red clear solution.
Indication:
For the prevention of canine distemper, and canine parvovirus disease. The duration of immunity is 12 months.
Administration and Dosage:
Intramuscular injection. Dilute the vaccine with physiological saline into 2.0 ml/dose.
For weaned pups, three consecutive inoculations at an interval of 21 days, 2.0 ml per inoculation. For adult dogs, 2 inoculations every year at an interval of 21 days, 2.0 ml per inoculation.
Precautions:
- Use the vaccine only forthe prophylactic vaccination of inedible dogs, but not for emergent vaccination and treatment when an epidemic has occurred.
- Do not vaccinate pregnant dogs.
- For dogs whichhave been inoculated with immune serum, administer vaccination at an interval of 7~14 days.
- Useaseptic syringes for vaccination.
- Use the vaccine immediately after dilution.
- During the vaccination period, it is necessary to avoid mobilization, transportation, and sudden changes in breeding management conditions, and to prohibit contact with sick dogs.
- After vaccination, if allergic reactions occur, inject 5~1.0ml of adrenaline hydrochloride intramuscularly immediately.
- Treat the used vaccine vials, equipment, and unspent vaccines harmlessly.
