Duck Plague Vaccine, Live (Strain CVCC AV1222) is designed to prevent duck plague, presenting as spongy loose pellets that tend to separate from the vial wall and dissolve rapidly after reconstitution, for intramuscular injection. Dosages are tailored by age: 0.25 ml (1 dose) per newborn duckling; 1.0 ml (1 dose) per adult duck, after dilution with physiological saline. Immunity onset is 3-4 days post-vaccination, with a 1-month immunity period for newborn ducklings and 9-month immunity period for ducks aged over 2 months.

Main Composition and Content：
Chicken-embryo-adapted attenuated duck distemper virus strain CVCC AV1222 at least 103.0 ELD50/dose.
Appearance：Spongy loose pellet, tending to be separated from the vial wall, dissolve rapidly after reconstitution.
Indication：For the prevention of duck plague. The onset of immunity is 3~4 days after vaccination. The duration of immunity for ducks aged over 2 months is 9 months. The duration of immunity for newborn ducklings is 1 month.
Administration and Dosage：Intramuscular injection. Dilute the vaccine with physiological saline depending on the labeled dose.
For adult ducks, 1.0 ml (1 dose) per bird.
For ducklings, 0.25ml (1 dose) per bird.
Precautions：
- Keep the reconstituted vaccine in a cool and dark place and useit upwithin 4 hours.
- Disinfect the local injection site when administer inoculation.
- Treat the used vaccine vials, equipment, and unspent vaccines harmlessly.
